Drums and Banjo join the toolkit
NewDrums is now its own instrument group. Since drums aren't pitched, the tonal apps — Circle of Fifths, Scale Map, Triad Navigator, and the Chord/Voicing Finder — are shown on a marimba layout instead of a fretboard.
NewDrum Tuner: pick a kit piece (kick, snare, hi tom, mid tom, floor tom), see its typical target pitch range, and tune by ear or by mic against professional head-tensioning guidance.
NewDrum Kit Piece Trainer (identify kit pieces by sound) and Rhythm Notation Reader (read a bar of drum notation and tap it back) round out the drum-specific Instrument Trainers.
NewBanjo is now its own instrument group — a dedicated page with every banjo tool, 4-string and 5-string throughout (5-string's re-entrant open-G drone included).
NewCircle of Fifths — Banjo, Scale Map - Banjo, Triad Navigator — Banjo, and a Banjo Chord Finder — each with a 4-string / 5-string switch.
NewBoth instruments are wired into the Metronome, Fretboard Note Trainer (Banjo), Sight Reading (Banjo), and every ear-training and rhythm tool.

Bass guitar joins the toolkit
NewBass is now its own instrument group — a dedicated page with every bass tool, 4- and 5-string throughout.
NewCircle of Fifths — Bass, Scale Map - Bass (frets 0–24), Triad Navigator — Bass (triads and 7th-chord arpeggios), and a Bass Chord Finder — each with a 4-string / 5-string switch (standard E-A-D-G, or low-B B-E-A-D-G).
NewSight Reading — Bass Clef: read real bass-clef notation, sharps and flats included, and find the note anywhere on the neck. Click or play-it-by-mic, difficulty levels, scored practice.
NewBass is wired into the Metronome, Tuner, Fretboard Note Trainer, tab Sight Reading, and every ear-training and rhythm tool — the 5-string's low B included.

Instrument-first homepage, jazz chords, and a wave of Circle of Fifths fixes
NewThe homepage is now organized by instrument first — pick Guitar, Piano, Ukulele, Mandolin, Violin, Viola, Cello, or Vocal to get a dedicated page of every tool for that instrument, instead of one long all-instrument list.
New7 new instrument-branded Circle of Fifths apps, each with a synced fretboard or keyboard below the wheel; Note Trainer and Sight Reading extended to cover every string instrument (Violin, Viola, Cello, Mandolin, both Ukulele tunings).
NewAdded Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Accessibility Statement pages.
NewJazz chord depth across the toolkit: dominant 9/13, minor 7/9/half-diminished, major 9, 6/9, and a true diminished 7th added to Guitar Chord Finder; brand-new Mandolin and Ukulele Chord Finders built to match; 7th-chord support added to all 6 Triad Navigator apps; jazz arpeggio entries added to all 7 Scale Map apps.
ImprovedGuitar, Mandolin, and Ukulele Chord Finders now color each chord tone by its role (root/3rd/5th/extension) with the same convention as Triad Navigator, plus a Colors toggle row to turn any of them off.
ImprovedEvery instrument-specific app now shows a breadcrumb back to that instrument's page, not just all the way to the homepage — including the fully generic tools (Metronome, Tuner, Chord Builder, ear trainers, rhythm tools), which now remember which instrument sent you there.
ImprovedCircle of Fifths now colors its Scale Notes, keyboard, and every string instrument's fretboard by scale-degree role (Tonic/2nd/3rd/4th/5th/6th/7th), matching Scale Map's convention, with the same All Colors/individual/Off toggle.

FixedCircle of Fifths' Play Scale was playing wrong notes in every key except C, and could circle back down mid-scale instead of climbing straight up to the octave — now plays the correct diatonic notes in a clean ascending run in every key.
FixedF♯ major's key signature was mislabeled "6 flats" under a "6♯" signature — now correctly reads "6 sharps."
FixedRemoved a stray red circle decoration from the center of the Circle of Fifths wheel.
FixedMetronome could silently stop on phones — added a screen wake lock while running, plus automatic recovery if the tab gets backgrounded anyway.

Blind ear training, smarter pitch matching, and real fretboard inlays
NewRhythm Dictation gained a Show/Hide Notation toggle — hide the staff to turn it into real blind rhythm dictation, with notation revealing itself alongside your accuracy feedback once you tap. Now marked Ready.
ImprovedPitch Matcher no longer registers a false "Matched!" while the reference tone is playing — detection now pauses until the tone fully rings out. Now marked Ready.
NewPitch Matcher now requires holding a pitch steady for about half a second before counting it as matched (or partially correct if close), then automatically advances to the next note — no more instant flickers or manual guesswork about when you've actually nailed it.
ImprovedInterval Ear Trainer's Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced levels now use deliberately chosen interval sets (Beginner: unison, major 2nd, major 3rd, octave; Intermediate adds minor 2nd/3rd, 4th, and 5th; Advanced covers every interval) instead of an arbitrary tier cutoff.
FixedInterval Ear Trainer's answer choices no longer shuffle position every round — they stay put in ascending order so listening isn't a button hunt.
NewReal guitar-style fretboard inlay dots (frets 3/5/7/9, double dot at 12) added to Fretboard Note Trainer, Sight Reading — Guitar/Bass Tab, Scale Reference, and Triad Navigator's full neck map.

Real music notation fonts, mic input, and SEO foundations
ImprovedRhythm Writer's noteheads, flags, beams, rests, and time signature now render with the real Bravura music engraving font instead of hand-drawn shapes, with precisely measured (not guessed) positioning throughout.
NewRhythm Writer gained a Starter Patterns library — Basic Backbeat, Son Clave (3-2), Bossa Nova, and Syncopated Jazz Comp — to load, hear, and explore instead of facing a blank staff.
NewFretboard Note Trainer gained a Play It (Mic) input mode — play the target note on your actual instrument and it's detected automatically, no clicking required.
FixedKeyboard Note Trainer and Sight Reading — Piano's treble and bass clefs now use the real Bravura font at the correct size and staff alignment, instead of a small, misplaced fallback glyph; fixed notes clipping off the top of the staff at extreme ranges.
ImprovedKeyboard Note Trainer's range now extends down to F3, so middle C is no longer the lowest note on the keyboard.
NewEvery tool that produces sound now shows a clear reminder to unmute and turn up your device volume.
FixedTriad Navigator's icon changed from a compass to a guitar.

Rhythm Writer launches, plus ear-trainer and reference fixes
NewRhythm Writer — tap in your own rhythm and watch it turn into real notation, complete with proper beaming, leading rests when you don't start on beat 1, a metronome that keeps ticking through recording and playback, and 4 selectable metronome/rhythm sounds with independent volume controls. Now marked Ready.
NewChord Ear Trainer gained three more voicing modes — Arpeggiated Down, Random Order, and Arp Up + Block — plus a Custom difficulty level for picking exactly which chord qualities to drill.
FixedRhythm Dictation's notation was clipped to a single measure and cramped — both measures now display at roughly double size with tighter, more legible spacing.
ImprovedRhythm Dictation's tap input now also accepts the "T" key (in addition to Space), since trackpad clicks introduced noticeable timing lag.
ImprovedPiano Chord Visualizer's keyboard and note pills now use the same root/3rd/5th color legend as Triad Navigator, instead of a single generic highlight color.
FixedScale Reference's piano tonic key is now a solid, clearly-marked blue to match the guitar fretboard's root dot, and scale-highlighted black keys got a thin outline so they read clearly against the dark key color.

ImprovedRolled the finalized Cedarstone lime + near-black theme out to every tool in the toolkit, matching Triad Navigator's look.
FixedChromatic Tuner's primary accent now uses the real Cedarstone lime instead of a generic green, with a glossy gradient finish on the Start button and slider.

Tuner accuracy overhaul
FixedChromatic Tuner wasn't detecting pitch at all on some real guitar signals — replaced the pitch-detection algorithm entirely (now using YIN) for accurate, stable readings.
ImprovedWidened the tuner's analysis window for better accuracy on low strings, and moved Chromatic to the default starting preset.
ImprovedSmoother, more sensitive readings on Pitch Matcher.
NewChromatic Tuner and Rhythm Loop Player marked Ready for daily use.
